To raise awareness of child heart defects, Ella Grae, a local girl with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome, posed as the Queen of Hearts in the Burgwin-Wright Gardens for the cover of October’s Wilmington Parent magazine.  Copies can be found at local Harris Teeter stores or online at the link below.
